Cancelation Policy

We are a very small facility (we have only three guest rooms), and that forces us to be rather restrictive in our cancellation policy. If you cancel a reservation, it’s very unlikely that we would be able to rent your room to someone else – most visitors would have already booked a room at some other place. Large hotels can afford the “same day” cancellations – we cannot, sorry. Thank you for your understanding

  • Any reservation must be cancelled or changed no later than four weeks in advance before the check-in time (4 p.m. (16:00) on the arrival date). We charge the $10.00 administrative fee for such cancellations or changes, except when the change is to add nights to your stay (assuming we have the availability, of course.)
  • If you cancel within the four weeks, we will have to charge the first night’s rate to your credit card. If you change your reservation to reduce the number of nights or move them to a different arrival date, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the nights you had reserved originally.
  • If you cancel or make a change within 48 hours of your check-in time (or later), or in case of a no-show, NO REFUND is given.
  • No refund is given in all other circumstances.
