Cooking and Dining like Locals in Provence
Get ready to be fully immersed in the Provençal way of life.
A 3hr cooking class in our Provençal kitchen at La Belugue, led by a local Provençal home cook from the village and Chef Kelly.
After class you will enjoy your creations and the traditional French meal, recognized by UNESCO as a Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
During the class you will learn the healthy and seasonal art of Provençal cooking and prepare some traditional dishes like Daube, Aioli, Gratin, Tian, Légumes Farci.
After you have enjoyed your time in the kitchen, you will move to our farm table at La Belugue and enjoy your creations accompanied by local producers from the area.
All the ingredients, including the wine, are sourced from local producers within 50km of La Belugue.

About Kelly
Kelly, an American who landed in Provence 10 years ago after 20 years of climbing the corporate ladder. She is the owner of La Belugue an 18th century Farmhouse and home to La Belugue Wellness & Wandering Retreats and La Belugue Cooking School. A graduate from French Culinary School. Chef and a certified yoga instructor, originally from Nashville, TN, her southern hospitality and French culinary training are sure to make you feel right at home in Provence.
