Our cooking class give you a glimpse into Provencal life. They’re a gateway to understanding the region’s culture, where food, fun, and wine are integral parts of everyday life. Where sharing the experience of chopping and carving to sipping and sampling are as nourishing as the fresh produce itself.

We believe in learning by doing, so cooking with us means being fully engaged from start to finish, creating each dish with your own hands. It’s fun, interactive, and incredibly rewarding.

We encourage you to play with your food, to experiment with colors and textures, and to let your inner artist shine. Turn those roasted veggies into a colorful masterpiece, sprinkle garnishes, and drizzle sauces like you’re Jackson Pollock! Each dish becomes a unique expression of your creativity.

Stepping into our kitchen at La Belugue is like a sensory experience. You’ll find fresh, vibrant local produce from the market, fresh flowers, soft and chic table settings, and a bunch of eager foodies ready to create! Honestly, it inspires me every-single-time.
